DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY

We will endeavour to process your order within 24-48 hours on business days and post these standard delivery in which you can expect your parcel to arrive 3-7 working days. If orders are made on the weekend, they will be processed next business day.*

PLEASE NOTE - Due to COVID-19 rules, you may experience delays with your package/s arriving so please allow extra time for delivery companies to get these to you.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If orders are made before noon on a business day, the item will be posted on the same day. If orders are made after noon, the order may be processed the next business day.

If orders are made over the weekend, these will be processed next working day.*
Next Day Delivery can take between 1-3 working days.

*Once we have processed and posted your order to the delivery company, it is the delivery company's sole responsibility to get the parcel to you.

If there is an issue with the delivery company, please contact the delivery company who will be able to help.

Please note that during peak and busy periods, delivery companies may experience delays in getting you the parcels within the standard timeframe so delays are to be expected.

RETURNS

We sadly cannot accept returns (due to health and safety reasons) unless damaged, where proof will be required. For all enquiries please complete the form below where one of our dedicated team will be happy to help.
